From the call

“One way in which we are helping drive this shift is through design center open houses, which enjoyed record attendance in the first quarter at over 140 events across the country and drove to-be-built sales activity with a strong average conversion rate of 23%.”

The design center can sell, not just process. Opening it to prospects as an event drove to-be-built orders up to 38% of sales.
